Rashel was recognized by Ingram's magazine as one of the top up and coming leaders in the Kansas City area. The 40 Under 40 recognizes the achievements and promise of the area’s young executives and community leaders in the Kansas City region. Ingram's has been a leading business publication in Missouri and Kansas for nearly five decades.

Rashel talks to VMLY&R's Global Chief Marketing Officer about the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the workplace and how to navigate some of the pressures and overcome fear.
