During this 3 hour workshop, participants will apply lessons from some of the world's most recognizable brands to their personal leadership brand. We will share tools and techniques that help leaders at all levels build and own their authentic brand. This workshop is perfect for individuals and/or teams looking for focused time and support with their leadership brand.

360-Feedback Survey
The first step to owning your leadership brand is to take an audit of current perceptions. With the Focal 360, participants get access to an online portal that allows them to seek and understand feedback from peers, leaders, clients, and other colleagues. Each 360 comes with a comprehensive report, benchmarking and a debrief with a leadership coach.
Leadership Coaching
As a leadership coach, I serve as a guide and partner in your growth. Whether it's developing your leadership brand or supporting other elements of your leadership journey, a coach can play a key role in accelerating your development. I take a co-active approach that puts you in the driver's seat of our shared 1:1 or group coaching journey.
