About Rashel
Rashel Hughley is a leadership coach and culture consultant who believes courage, clarity, and connection are at the heart of great leadership and that great leadership is the cornerstone of a thriving culture.
As founder of 10:Ninety, she brings nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations grow their people, align culture, and lead with intention. Her background includes leadership roles at some of the most recognized global brands: Hallmark Cards, VML, and Oracle Cerner.
Rashel is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia (BSBA, MBA). She has training in human-centered design and holds certifications in coaching, team effectiveness, employee engagement, inclusion, and work style differences.
Today, Rashel partners with people-first leaders across a variety of sectors to strengthen teams, culture, and leadership capacity. She serves on the executive committee for the KC CARE Health Center Board and was named one of Ingram’s 40 Under Forty for her leadership in the Kansas City community.
Outside of work, Rashel loves a good DIY project, cheering on her kids, and spontaneous living room dance parties with her husband and two favorite little dance partners.
